Juliana Demartini | 2019-...  Architect and urban planner graduated at Federal University of Mato Grosso (UFMT, 2003), with Master's degree in Architecture and Urbanism at Postgraduate Program of Federal University of Santa Catarina (PósARQ 2007). Ph.D. in Urbanism of Postgraduate Program in Urbanism (PROURB) at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ, 2016). Post-doc researcher from the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Lisbon (FA-UL, 2019), and post-doc researcher at Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB, 2022). In 2017, she received the International Research Thesis Award 2016 “Social Housing. Innovation and Technology” promoted by the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and the National Housing Fund for Workers (INFONAVIT). She is currently Associate Professor at Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), a member of the LECCUR/UFPB team, and collaborator with GESTUAL/CIAUD/FAUL. Her areas of interest and expertise include: Introduction to Design, Architectural and Urban Design, Urban Planning, Technical Consulting (TC), Technical Assistance for Social Housing (ATHIS), and its connections with University Extension; Urban, Housing, and Environmental Public Policies.
